Favourite Exercise and Why?

Back Squats. This exercise has been around since the beginning of gym and is still used as a very successful exercise to gain power, strength, and size in your entire lower body. I also love this exercise as you must push past your physical and mental limits in order to truly push yourself and the feeling of getting past that mental barrier is amazing.
