Richmond Sports Conditioning (RSC) is owned by Head Coach & Personal Trainer, Daniel. He also works with a team of experts who provide Personal Training, Sports Physiotherapy, Sports Massage and Specialist Consultations.
Head Coach & Personal Trainer
Daniel has many years of experience as a Personal Trainer. He believes in coaching high quality, functional movement to his clients, to set the foundations which underpin resistance, cardio and HIIT training. Once the fundamentals are in place, he can help you push the boundaries safely, so that you can achieve your personal goals more effectively.
Whether you are new to physical training or an experienced exerciser, he has worked with amateur and elite athletes and has the knowledge to push you to the next level.

Personal Trainer
I am an enthusiastic and friendly Personal Trainer who specialises in introducing weights to you if you are new to it and require assistance. On the other hand, if you have some experience, I can help perfect your technique and take your training intensity to the next level. Additionally, I will bring structure to your workouts, regardless of your fitness ability so that you can truly benefit from every gym session.
Throughout my years of sports and gym, I have discovered many different training styles and have a vast understanding of weightlifting and cardiovascular techniques that will aid you in getting into the best shape of your life.

Head Physiotherapist
Marco graduated from La Sapienza University, Rome. After qualifying as an MSK Physiotherapist, Marco began his career working with a basketball team in Italy.
He is now Head Physio at Q Sports Physio in Kew, Gunnersbury Park and Moorgate.
He helps many clients who have been struggling with pain or injuries. Marco has a special interest in sports injuries, lower limb injuries and walking/gait analysis.

Zoe decided to pursue a career in sport as she feels strongly about health & fitness acting as a key component in conquering many of life's challenges. It gave her the motivation to want to encourage this into the lives of others and help bring about change in those wishing to feel happier, stronger and healthier. We all have our own reasons for wanting guidance in bringing about a new lifestyle, body change or simply having someone to motivate us to be at our most optimal. Specialist Consultant Hip & Knee Surgeon
Mr Vipin Asopa is a Specialist Consultant Hip and Knee Surgeon at the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre, London Bridge Hospital, The Shard, Chiswick, Hendon Hospital, The Cavell Hospital and The Kings Oak Hospital.
Vipin has a particular focus on hip pain, knee pain and sports injuries. Mr Asopa performs numerous surgical procedures including hip and knee joint replacements, arthroscopy as well as treating arthritis, trochanteric pain and more. Vipin is committed to improving patient care through research and outcome analyses.
Vipin qualified from the University of Bristol in 1998. He completed his basic surgical training on the prestigious Hammersmith Hospital surgical rotation in 2002 before embarking on a PhD at Imperial College, London. In 2007 he undertook orthopaedic surgery training on the Charing-Cross North-West Thames rotation. He was appointed a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery in 2011.
Mr Asopa travelled to Adelaide, Australia to undertake a fellowship at SportsMed.SA to develop and refine his sports surgery technique. He then returned to the UK for a further specialist hip arthroscopy and arthroplasty (joint replacement) fellowship at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. He finally completed a trauma fellowship in Vienna, Austria.
