When you call or email Richmond Sports Conditioning, we may ask for a contact phone number or email address. This will only be used by Richmond Sports Conditioning LTD to communicate with you in relation to our services. No personal info will be shared with 3rd parties. All contact information will be stored securely. 

Privacy policy and how we will use your data 
Our company will only use your data for our diagnostics, programme design and to contact you. No third party will have access to this information. 

Marketing emails
When you book with Richmond Sports Conditioning, you have the choice to opt-in to marketing emails. We will only send information to you about our services and offers if you agree to receive emails during your consultation or at the time of booking. Marketing emails are sent through our trusted email provider, Mailchimp.

Our marketing emails provide you with the means to opt out of receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists. 

Please note that even if you have unsubscribed from receiving marketing emails from us, we may send you important email communications directly from the company email address without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. This will only be for booking personal training sessions or administrative notices.

Removing your information from our database
If at any time you wish to modify, or to have your personal data removed from our company records, you can do this by contacting us via dan@rsc.coach and we will update/delete as required.

Updates or amendments to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
