Richmond Sports Conditioning (RSC) offers Personal Training sessions in Kew, Richmond and the surrounding areas. Dan Matkin is RSC's Head Coach - he is a highly-trained Personal Trainer with many years of experience. Dan applies strength & conditioning techniques to his personal training sessions, which has so many benefits to your overall health and wellbeing.


As well as Personal Training sessions, Dan offers Strength & Conditioning sessions for anyone looking to maximise their physical performance in a specific sport. If you are not located in Richmond upon Thames, Dan also provides online coaching, helping you to take control of your health, fitness and wellbeing.
